Home Staging: Staging your home to sell can lead to a speedier sale and achieve a higher price. If you require home staging to increase your home’s appeal to prospective buyers, then I can help. Using a predefined checklist I can assist you in getting your house ‘sale ready’.

Downsizing: I provide guidance on downsizing, helping you decide what will fit and suit your new space. If you’re looking to move into a smaller property and feel overwhelmed by the amount of belongings you have to organise, please get in touch.

Moving: A home move is the perfect time to declutter and decide what will work in your new space. Additionally, I can help with unpacking your belongings and putting everything away in an organised system that works for your lifestyle.

Decluttering and Home Organisation

From one room to your whole house, I support and guide you to clear the clutter and organise your space to suit your lifestyle.

During our free 30-minute telephone consultation, we’ll discuss what you would like to achieve during our decluttering and organisation session.

On the day, I’ll support you in making decisions on what to keep or let go of and once the clutter is cleared, I’ll leave you to enjoy your new organised space.

Helping you to edit and display your clothes in a practical but pleasing system, making it easier to find the clothes you’re looking for.

I’ll assist you in decluttering your accessories, clothes and shoes, so you’ll only keep what you love and feel good wearing.

If you’re fed up with wasting valuable time looking for something to wear each day, my wardrobe editing and organisation service is for you.

I’ll advise on what paperwork you need to keep, set up a system and give you tips to help you stay organised going forward.

My service is confidential so you can be assured of my discretion as we go through your paperwork, where I can advise on what you need to keep and what can be discarded.

If you’re drowning under a mountain of paper, and need help to reduce and simplify it, my paperwork organisation service is for you.

Pricing

A free 30-minute telephone consultation to discuss your requirements and ultimate goals. My prices and terms are as follows:

£35 per hour (Minimum 3 hours)
£40 per hour (Saturday or Bank Holiday)

Unpacking Service: Please call to discuss so I can quote.

Travel is free for the first 20 miles. 45p per mile thereafter.

I can take up to 3 large bags per session for charity but can’t take away rubbish.

Payment is required at the end of each session by either cash or BACS transfer.

What information will you keep about me?

I’ll keep all information you give me whether oral or written completely confidential.

Will you take photos?

I’ll ask if you’re happy for me to take photos for my website. Photos can also be a great motivator for you to keep your space decluttered and organised in the future.

Will you force me to get rid of things?

Absolutely not as my job is to guide you through the decision-making process.

Is there anything I need to organise in advance of the decluttering session?

Yes, please make sure you’ve bags and/or boxes for unwanted items. You don’t need to buy additional storage in advance as once the clutter is cleared, I can make recommendations if needed.

Can you take items away for me?

I can take up to 3 large bags of items per session for charity. I don’t take rubbish but I can help you to load a skip and/or cars.

How long will the process take?

During the 30-minute free telephone consultation, we’ll discuss your goals and agree on a length of time for our session. Ultimately the length of time to complete the task will depend on how quickly you make decisions if we’re decluttering.
